The OG big bad bar
Rating:
The Good
Perfect rise/sweep. Probably indestructible. Available in fun colors and a reasonable cost. They are wide at 820mm (I cut mine to 800mm), but it's easier to take away than it is to add. Lastly they are long proven by me and basically everyone.
The Bad
For me: nothing. Others may complain about weight and/or their overly stiff feel. I wish they did a polished chrome, but the Kash Money gold is plenty dope.
Overall Review:

I began riding Atlas bars not long after they first appeared in '08/'09. They were the widest burliest bars this side of chromoly bars you'd find on a motorcycle. I've had them in various rises/colors/widths on nearly every mountain bike I've owned since. As a heavier guy (210-220lbs with gear depending on treat consumption) that rides aggressively (I've broken enough components and frames over the years to stock a bike shop) they've never let me down.

A common complaint with Atlas bars especially the 35mm diameter ones is their lack of flex in that they will beat you up over a long ride. This has not been an issue for me due to my weight or angry (clumsy?) bear riding style and/or my general cluelessness. I have ran a handful of carbon bars in that time span, but never really felt any difference other than my wallet being lighter. The Atlas bars I've had have never cracked nor failed despite my efforts. I've had a pair dent after balling it up in a spectacular fashion, but I still rode them without issue until I could score another set.

Speaking of scoring them, they retail for $89 these days, but they can often be found used for even less as many people take them off to go with something more forgiving/lighter/whatever. Buy some and get bored with their lack of drama.

Good Pick for DH or All Mountain

Width, topo pattern, and durability.
The Bad
A little heavy.
Overall Review:

Function

This bar is the perfect choice for you if you want stability and speed and are not too concerned about weight. The low rise will put you in the perfect position to go fast. The aluminum gives great durability and doesn't transfer as much trail chatter to your forearms as other aluminum bars.  Race Face did a great job with the topo print.  It looks great on multiple set ups.  I have considered upgrading to the Next bar, but the looks of this bar keeps me satisfied.

Durability

Installing your grips, brake levers, and stem usually leaves a mark.  The finish has held up well.  The topo print distracts from the small scratches and clamp marks that are typical on bars.  For the money this is a great choice.

The atlas are an excellent bar. They come in at the perfect width and they feel great. The low rise is perfect for riders who like a low setup, and it gives that aggressive, racy feel. It comes in a bunch of great colors so you can match it to pretty much any build and they seem to hold up well in crashes. They are definitely heavier than some competition but they look better than most of them.

Good bar...

this bar is way light. wide enough to keep everyone happy. anodizing is done very well and is very resistant to scratching. looks great with the 2010 graphics. great color options (im running the tooth blue). also its extremely stiff.
The Bad
bend is 4x8 not 4x9. half an inch rise is a little too low for me, i would have liked to see a couple options for height.
Overall Review:
if you havent tried wide bars and a low front end, your way behind the curve. it is way better if you ride fast or want more control or stability.

Strong, I like the width and the sweep although some may feel that they arent swept back aggressively enough.
The Bad
Dont seem to hold bar ends in paticularly well. Scratch easily
Overall Review:
Would suggest this bar to anyone who wants a higher level of control of their bike. If trail width is not an issue, and you are not pulling tricks, the extra leverage this bar provides due to its stiffness and width is very beneficial.

Great Handlebar

Wide length. Good low rise, super flat. Awesome colors. Tough anodized aluminum. Marked for acurate cutting and weight.
The Bad
The transition might be odd and 785mm is very long so cutting down might be needed to reduce being awkward.
Overall Review:
These bars are great. At first I had a hard time adjusting to them but then it was all cherry from there on. Nice wide and low angle applies much more control over the bike, mainly the rear tire. A good upgrade to enhance the feel of any ride.

Looks and feels great(2010 bar looks even better than the 2009 bar)
The Bad
might be a tiny bit heavy if you are a weight winnie.
Overall Review:
Best bar I have ever ridden, plenty of space to get the most comfortable brake placement and it has a very high quality feel.
